Abstract:	By indirect immunofluorescence assay, the authors examined the lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with HSK and normal individuals, using monoclonal antibodies. The relation between the alterations of T-lymphocyte subsets and the mechanism of HSK relapse was discussed. It is postulated that the alterations of T-lymphocyte subsets may help guide the clinical treatment of HSK and estimate its prognosis.
