摘    要:目的 观察蒺藜提取物对小鼠损伤睾丸间质细胞超微结构的影响,探讨蒺藜对小鼠损伤睾丸的保护修复作用.方法 健康雄性小鼠60只,随机分为对照组、模型组和给药组,再分热处理后6 d和14 d两个时间组,每组10只;建立睾丸热损伤模型,给予治疗剂量的蒺藜提取物,透射电镜标本制备,镜下观察.结果 模型组与对照组相比胞质内脂滴较多,...

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of Tribulus terrestris extract on ultrastructures of the damaged Leydig cells in mice and to explore its protection and restoration on the damaged testis.Methods 60 healthy male mice were randomly divided into the control group,the model group and the treatment group with each group divided into two time groups:6 ds and 14 ds after heat treatment,10 mice in each group.The model thermal injury of testis was established and given dose of Tribulus terrestris extract.Transmission electron microscopic samples were prepared and observed.Results Compared with the control group,more and larger lipiddroplets were observed in the cytoplasm in the model group,the volume became larger,the organelles were not clear,and the myeloid bodies could be seen.Compared with the model group,the number of the lipiddroplets was obviously decreased in the treatment group,and the volume became smaller.The structure of the Leydig cells were normal.Conclusion Tribulus terrestris could protect and restore the damaged testis in mice.
