磁共振成像对多发性硬化的诊断作用

目的 :研究核磁共振成像 (MRI)在诊断多发性硬化中的作用。方法 :收集 12例多发性硬化患者的MRI和临床资料进行分析。结果 :12例中临床诊断多发性硬化 5例 ,其余误诊为其他疾病而最终经MRI确诊。结论 :MRI显示多发性硬化优于CT。且脱髓鞘斑块在MRI的检出率随着病程的延长和复发次数增多而增多。长短与MRI所示脱髓鞘斑块的大小及数量非成正比。同时还提出了多发性硬化与多发性脑梗死、脑转移瘤、髓内肿瘤相鉴别以及他们在MRI中的区别

The Value of MRI in Diagnosing Multiple Sclerosis

Objective: To comprehend the vole of MRI in diagnosing multiple cleros is.Methods:To collect the MRI and clinical data of 12Ycases and to analyse them.Results: There five cases diagnosed by clinical dat a,but the others were errordiagnosed and they finally were truly diagnosed by MR I. Conclusions:MRI is superior to CT in diagnosing multiples cle roses. The rate of demyelinization being checked out increasing with the p rolong of disease course and the recurring times. Multiple sclerosis should be d istinguished with multiple cerebral embolism,cerebral turmor transfasion turmor, intramedullary tramour and the differences in MRI should be paid attention to.
