| 摘 要： | 哌拉西林钠是一个半合成抗生素，以乙二胺为原料，经烷基化、环合、酰氯化制得关键中间体双氧哌嗪酰氯（4），（4）与氨苄青霉素三水合物缩合得哌拉西林酸（5），缩合收率92.9%。（5）与异辛酸钠成盐得哌拉西林钠（1），收率90%。

| Abstract: | Piperacillin sodium was synthesized from ethylenediamine by alkylation, cycization, and acetyl chlorination to obtain 4 ethyl 2,3 dioxo 1 piperazinecarbonyl chloride 13 2 g(84%) which reacted with ampicillin trihydrate 20 g to give piperacillin acid 24 8 g(92 9%),piperacillinacid 10 g salted with 2 ethylhexanoate sodium 3 8 g to give the final product 9 08 g(90%). |
