Fas在慢性丙型肝炎肝组织中的表达

目的通过检测慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织Fas的表达,探讨Fas-FasL系统在慢性丙型肝炎发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法50例慢性丙型肝炎患者肝脏穿刺取肝组织做病理活检。免疫组织化学法检测肝组织中Fas的表达,分析肝组织中Fas表达与肝组织炎症、纤维化及临床分型间的关系。结果慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织细胞中Fas表达随着肝脏炎症活动度和肝纤维化程度加重而增加(P<0.05),随着临床病情的加重而增加(P<0.05)。结论Fas-FasL系统与慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织的炎症和纤维化有关,Fas-FasL系统介导的肝细胞凋亡可能是慢性丙型肝炎发病机制之一。

Expressions of Fas in hepatic tissues of patients with chronic C hepatitis

Objective To study the expression of Fas antigen （Fas） in hepatic tissues of patients with chronic C hepatitis （CCH） and to investigate the role of Fas in CCH pathogenesis. Methods Hepatic tissues of 50 CCH patients were gained by puncturation and then treated by pathologic biopsy. The expressions of Fas in the liver biopsy specimens were determined by immunohistocbemistry. The relatinships between the expressions of Fas and inflammation, fibrosis, and clinical classification in hepatic tissues were analyzed. Results The extent of Fas expression was positively correlated with the extent of inflammation, fibrosis of hepatic tissues（P〈0.05） ,and aggravation of patient＇s condition（P 〈0.05） ,respectively. Conclusion The expressions of Fas in hepatic tissue are correlated to hepatic inflammation and fibrosis in patients with CCH. Hepatic apoptosis induced by Fas-FasL system may be an important pathologenesy of CCH.
