帕罗西汀联合心理治疗对脑卒中后抑郁疗效观察

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合心理治疗对脑卒中后抑郁及神经功能康复的疗效。方法选择脑卒中后抑郁患者52例,随机将患者分为治疗组(帕罗西汀联合心理治疗)26例和对照组(帕罗西汀)26例,在治疗前后6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定抑郁障碍发生情况,用神经功能缺损量表(SSS)评定神经功能缺损程度。结果治疗组与对照组的HADM、SSS评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组抑郁障碍总有效率、神经功能康复总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中后抑郁患者应用帕罗西汀联合心理治疗可明显改善脑卒中患者的抑郁状态,促进神经功能康复,而联合应用疗效优于单药治疗。

Effect of Paroxetine Combined with Psychotherapy in the Theatment of Patients with Post-stroke Depression

Objective To investingate the efficacy of paroxetine therapy combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression（PSD） and the recovery of neurological funcion.Methods 52 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（Paroxetine joint psychological treatment） and the comparison group（Paroxetine treatments）.Before and after six weeks of treatment,by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） depression occurrence of patients as assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）.Neurological Deficit Scale（SSS） was used to assess their neurological deficits.Results HAMD and SSS scores obviously dereased in two groups,but these scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.There were significant differences in two groups（P0.01）.The total rate of effectual remedy for anti-depression and recovery neurological function were obviously higher in treatment group than those in control group.Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with paroxetine can prominently improve the level of depression after stroke and recovery degree of neurological function.The theatment of combined application was better than those in single drug.
