球后溃疡的X线诊断体会

目的 :探讨球后溃疡的 X线诊断。方法 :对 34例球后溃疡的 X线表现作出分析。结果 :经过 34例比较典型的球后溃疡的 X线诊断 ,体会到在进行气钡双重造影时 ,适当的体位能较好地显示病灶部位。而龛影和局部肠管狭窄为球后溃疡的主要X线表现 ,另外还表现为黏膜改变和局部激惹

X-ray Diagnosis for Ulcer of Postbulbus Duodeni

Objective to explore the X ray diagnosis for ulcer of postbulbus duodeni. Methods X ray indications of 34 cases with postbulbus ulcer were analyzed. Results Through comparing between the X ray diagnosis of 34 cases with typical postbulbus ulcer, it was concluded that proper position would show the lesion clearer, during the peumo barium double contrast. Crater and stenosis of local intestinal duct were the main X ray manifestations, and the mucous membrane changes and local irritation were found too.
