普力液补益作用的实验研究

目的：研究普力液的补益作用。方法：建立实验性大鼠虚证模型，观察本药对去势大鼠精液囊——前列腺、提肛肌的作用，及失血性大鼠红细胞总数及血红蛋白含量，对小鼠耐缺氧能力、抗寒能力、游泳存活时间的影响。结果：表明该药对去势大鼠精液囊——前列腺、提肛肌的生长发育有不同程度的促进作用，能增加失血性大鼠的红细胞总数及血红蛋白含量，提高小鼠耐缺氧能力，增强抗寒能力，延长游泳存活时间，结论：该药具有一定的补肾壮阳、抗疲劳作用。

Experiment Study on Tonify-Effect of PULI LIquid

Aims:to study the tonify\|effect of PULI liquid. Method:the experiment deficiency model has been erected,and to research effect on castrated\|rats' semen sack\|prostate,levator animuscle,on lose\|blood rats' sum total of erythrocyte,content of heamoglobin,on mouse's antihypoxia ability,anti\|cold ability and survival time for swim with the liquid. Results:the liquid can promote the ability of castrated\|rats' growth and development of semen sack\|prostate,levator ani muscle,add lose blood rats' sum total erythocyte,content of heamoglobin,and promote mouse's ability of anti\|hypoxia,anti\|cold and survival time in swim. Conclusions: it has effect in tonify\|kidney,and anti\|tired.
