摘    要:目的 比较3种不同呼吸机管道系统的消毒方法 的效果,并对效果进行分析,以提高呼吸机管道系统消毒的质量.方法 对连续使用7 d的复用性呼吸机管道系统分别采用5%有效氯清洗消毒剂浸泡(方法 A)、全自动清洗消毒器经济程序(方法 B)和全自动清洗消毒器经济程序加蒸汽消毒器消毒程序(方法 C)方法 清洗消毒,于消毒前后采样进行细菌培养及细菌菌落计数.结果 消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率为.100%,呼吸机管道细菌数超过1万cfu/cm2,湿化器中湿化水细菌数为29万~69万cfu/ml.消毒后细菌杀灭率均达标,放置治疗室3 d后方法 C的细菌阳性率为零,与方法 A、B比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);方法 A同方法 B比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 呼吸机管道和湿化器的污染相当严重,3种消毒方法 均能达到高水平消毒,但全自动清洗消毒器经济程序加蒸汽消毒器消毒程序对复用性呼吸机管道系统的消毒效果最佳.

Abstract:Objective In comparison with effects hascd on disinfection of pipe system of breathing machine in three different kinds of methods, according to which an analysis is conducted in order to enhance the quality of disinfection of pipe system of breathing machine. Methods Reduplicated use pipe of breathing machine for 7 consecutive days shall be cleaned and disinfected with respective adoption of 5% effective chlorine cleaning disinfectant for soaking (Method A), full automatic cleaning disinfector P3 program (Method B) and full -automatic cleaning disinfector plus steam sterilizer disinfection P5 program (Method C), and samples shall be gathered before and after disinfection in order to culture bacteria and calculate the colony of bacteria. Results Before disinfection, positive rate of bacteria culture in all the samples is I00. 00%, the number of bacteria within the pipe of breathing machine exceeds 10 000 cfu/cm2, and that of humidified water in the humidifier reaches 290 000 ~ 690000 ofu/ml. After disinfection, the bacterial sterilization rate equally reaches the target, and three days later with them put in the treatment room, the bacterial positive rate in Mcthed C is zero. In comparison with Method A and Method B, the difference between them and Method C has been found to have remarkable significance (P <0. 05);However, comparing Method A with Method B, we have found the difference has no prominent significance ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion the contamination of pipe of breathing machine and humidifier are quite serious. The preceding three disinfection methods are equally able to reach the high level disinfection;however full automatic cleaning disinfector P3 program plus steam sterilizer's disinfection P5 program can bring about the best disinfection effect for reduplicated pipe of breathing machine in ICU.
