| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在心肌梗死伴室间隔穿孔诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年11月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的7例经数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)证实室间隔穿孔的患者,将造影结果与术前的CDFI检查结果进行对照分析,观查与总结CDFI的特征及表现。结果经DSA证实7例室间隔穿孔患者,穿孔部位均位于心尖部,7例患者CDFI均正确诊断,准确度为100%。结论CDFI对心肌梗死伴室间隔穿孔的诊断准确率高,可以作为早期诊断室间隔穿孔的手段。
