摘    要:【目的】观察重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对创面血管生成及愈合的促进作用。【方法】采用大鼠全层皮肤切除模型(以下称创伤),实验组创面用bFGF,对照组用生理盐水处理后,观察其愈合时间及创面血管的变化,测定创面愈合率,并进行组织学检查及免疫组化分析。【结果】外用bFGF后,创面愈合时间缩短(2.4±0.55) d,创面血管新生、肉芽组织的形成加速。【结论】bFGF不仅刺激成纤维细胞生长,而且刺激内皮细胞分裂,引起血管新生,促进肉芽组织的形成,加速创面的愈合。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effects of basic fibrobrlast growth factor(bFGF) on wound angiogenesis and healing.The rats were inflicted with whole thickness skin trauma.The wounds in treatment group were locally treated with bFGF,the wounds in the control group with isotonic saline respectively.Wound healing time was observed. Wound healing rate was determined.Angiogenesis in the wound was observed.Histological and immunohistochemical examinations were analyzed.After the application of bFGF, wound healing time was shortened by two days. Angiogenesis was active.Granulation was enhanced.[Conclusion]bFGF can stimulate vascular endothelial cells to angiogenesis .The wound healing time of the whole thickness skin trauma can be shortened markedly by topical application of bFGF.
