| 摘 要： | 用Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数分析了６３例女性髋部骨折和５４例非骨病的女性骨盆正位片，Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数可反映骨质疏松程度，妇女随年龄增加，Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数降低，尤其在绝经后更为明显，Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数Ⅳ度以下时，骨折的危险性增加。Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数在骨科的诊疗中有其应用价值。

| Abstract: | The pelvis X ray finding of 63 women hip fracture and 54 women control group were analysed with Singh index. Singh index may reflect the degree of osteoperosis, especially in postmenopausal women. The risk of hip fracture increases when Singh index low to 4 grade. Women hip fracture is a result of aging, osteoperosis and trauma. Singh index has a practical value in the diagnosis and evaluation in orthopaedic surgery. |
