前路植骨融合加内固定治疗胸椎结核

目的 观察前路植骨融合加内固定治疗胸椎结核的疗效。方法 胸椎结核13例,男8例,女5例;年龄19至57岁,平均33.6岁。所有患者为前路植骨融合加内固定术。结果 术后随访1至2年,所有患者均显示植骨融合,12例患者治愈,1例遗留部分神经压迫症状。结果 前路植骨融合加内固定能加强脊柱的稳定性,促进骨融合,矫正和预防畸形。

Anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation in the tuberculosis of thoracic spine

Objective To evalute the clinical effectiveness of anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation procedure for treating thoracic spinal tuberculosis. Method There were 13 patients, 8 male and 5 female. The average age was 33.6 years, ranging from 19 to 51 years old. All patients were treated with anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation. Results All patients were followed up 1 to 2 years. All patients showed successful interbody fusion, 12 patients were cured, 1 patient remained partial symptom of nerves pressed. Conclusion Anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation procedure are found helpful in strengthening the stability of the spine in thoracic spinal tuberculosis,providing successful interbody fusion,correcting the kyphosis, and preventing progressing of kyphosis.
