子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性探讨

目的探讨子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性。方法系统回顾2005年2月-2012年2月本院收治的2000例膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为A、B两组，A组为治疗组采用子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗，B组采用常规针刺治疗。经两星期治疗后，并观察两者在治疗膝关节疼痛及症状改善等方面的效果。结果子午流注辨证低频治疗仪治疗组WOMAC量表中总分较疗常规针刺治疗组前有所降低（P〈O．05），其结果显示出明显优势。结论子午流注辨证低频治疗仪在治疗膝骨关节炎方面的治疗效果比较理想、疗效好。

Discuss of the Effectiveness of the Midnight-midday Ebb Flow Low-frequency Therapeutic Equipment in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective Discuss the effectiveness of the midnight-midday ebb flow low-frequency therapeutic equipment in treating knee osteoarthritis. Method 2000 patients with knee osteoarthritis accepted by our hospital were divided into A and B groups randomly. A group were taken with the midnight-midday ebb flow low-frequency therapeutic equipment treatment, while B group were taken with regular acupuncture treatment. And observe the efficacy of the two groups in treating knee pain and some symptom improvement after two weeks treatment. Result The total score in WOMAC scale of the midnight-midday ebb flow low-frequency therapeutic equipment treatment group is reduced comparing with the regular acupuncnxre treatment group（P〈 0.05）. The result has shown the obvious advantages. Conclusion The midnight-midday ebb flow low-frequency therapeutic equipment has a rather good therapeutic effect in treating knee osteoarthritis.
