穴位注射治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛33例临床疗效观察

目的：比较碳酸利多卡因维生素B12合剂穴位注射疗法和西药口服治疗糖尿病患者带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效差异。方法：将65例患者随机分组为治疗组（33例）和对照组（32例）。治疗组采用穴位注射碳酸利多卡因与维生素B12混合液治疗，每天1次；对照组采用口服吲哚美辛肠溶片、维生素B1、维生素B12,每133次。结果：观察组治愈率87．88％，对照组治愈率3．12％（P〈0．01）；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：碳酸利多卡因维生素B12合剂穴位注射是治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛最有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation of treating 65 patients with postherpetic neuralgia of diabetes by point injection

Objective:To compare differences in efficacy of treating patients with postherpetic neuralgia of diabetes between injecting mixture of vitamin B12,carbonate lidocaine and taking medicine.Methods:65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases) and control group(32 cases).Treatment group were treated with point injection of mixture of vitamin B12 and carbonate lidocaine,one time per day.Control group were taken indometacin,vitamin B1 and vitamin B12,three time per day.Results:Cure rate in treatment guoup was 96.96% and in control was 3.12%,in which the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Injecting mixture of carbonated lidocaine and vitamin B12 is the most effective treatment for patients with ostherpetic neuralgia of diabetes.
