| 摘 要： | 目的：建立阿胶养血口服液的质量控制方法。方法：对啊胶养血口服液中黄芪、白芍进行薄层色谱鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果：定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;含量测定中橙皮苷的进样量在8.12～129.92μg范围内,与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.08%。结论：质量标准简便准确、灵敏度高,可用于阿胶养血口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for quality control of Ejiao Yangxue oral liquid. Methods:Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba in Ejiao Yangxue oral liquid were identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC). The content of hesperidin in Ejiao Yangxue oral liquid was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results:The result showed a good separating degree and high specific.With the range from 8.12～129.92μg,hesperidin showed a good linear relationship between the injection amount and peak areas in which average recovery rate was 98.84% and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.08%. Conclusion:The method of quality standard is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for quality control of Ejiao Yangxue oral liquid. |
