| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期加行连续性血液净化治疗(CBP)的非手术常规治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。方法:21例SAP患者早期常规治疗的基础上加行CBP治疗。比较入院时和治疗5d后的APACHEⅡ评分、血肌酐、血淀粉酶、C反应蛋白的变化情况,并观察预后。结果:治疗5d后患者的血肌酐、血淀粉酶、C反应蛋白均明显低于治疗前,21例SAP患者中19例痊愈出院。结论:在非手术常规治疗的基础上早期加行CBP治疗SAP,能缓解病情,提高存活率,改善预后,具有明显的临床效果。
