海带对急性胰腺炎小鼠氧化损伤作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨海带对急性胰腺炎(AP)小鼠氧化损伤作用的影响。方法:将90只小鼠随机分为对照组、AP模型组和海带组,给对照组和AP模型组小鼠喂养正常饲料,海带组小鼠喂养含2.5%海带粉饲料3周后,用L-精氨酸制备AP模型,检测AP模型制备后12h的小鼠血清淀粉酶活性、胰腺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量及24h的胰腺组织病理改变。结果:海带组、AP模型组小鼠的血清淀粉酶、病理评分秩和、SOD与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,但海带组与AP模型组之间差异无统计学意义;海带组小鼠胰腺组织MDA、NO含量低于AP模型组,高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义。结论:本文未发现含2.5%海带粉的膳食对急性胰腺炎胰腺组织的氧化损伤有保护作用,此作用有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of laminaria on oxidative stress in mice with AP induced by L-arginine.Methods:Ninety mice were divided into control group,AP model group and laminaria group.Mice of control group and AP model group were fed with normal diet,and Mice of laminaria group were fed with diet containing 2.5% laminaria powder.Three weeks later,the model of AP was established by the injection of L-arginine.Serum amylase pancreas malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide(NO)level were measured at 12 h after the second injection,and histopathology of pancreas was measured at 24 h after the second injection.Results:Serum amylase,histopathological score and SOD levels of mice in laminaria group and AP model group were significantly different from those in control group,but there were no significant difference between laminaria group and AP model group.MDA and NO levels of mice in laminaria group were lower than those in AP model group,and higher than those in control group,but there were also no significant difference between them.Conclusion:In our study,we didn't observe the protective effects of laminaria on oxidative damage of pancreas in AP mice,the effects need to be further studied.
