摘    要:目的建立小青龙合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH值至2.7)-乙腈(97.5:2.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在14.16-354μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.75%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重现性、专属性好,适用于该制剂的定量分析。

Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoqinglong Mixture. Methods The operating condition were Hypersil ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphoric (containing 0, 2% triethaneamine, the pH was adjusted to 2.7 by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(97.5:2.5),The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the UV detective wavelength was set at 210 nm, Results The linear range of the calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was 14.16-354 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 98.8% , RSD was 1.75% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, It can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoqinglong Mixture.
