摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量的变化及非洛地平对其的影响。方法观察72例EH患者(EH组)非洛地平治疗前后血浆NO和ET水平的变化,并与30例正常人(对照组)进行对比分析。结果非洛地平治疗前EH组血浆NO明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血浆ET明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。非洛地平治疗6周后,EH组血压和血浆ET水平明显降低,NO水平明显增高(P<0.01)。结论非洛地平在有效降血压的同时,能使EH患者血浆NO水平升高,ET水平降低,因此对血管内皮功能具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of felodipine on the plasma nitric oxide (NO)and endothelin (ET) in essential hypertensive (EH) patients. Methods The plasma NO and ET and the effect of felodipine intervention were observed in 72 EH,30 healthy subjects were designed as control. Results The plasma NO levels in EH patients were significantly lower than that in normal subjects (P<0.01);The plasma ET levels in EH patients were signifcantly higher than that in normal subjects (P<0.01),and after felodipine treatment,the blood pressure and the levels of plasma ET were significantly decreased, and the levels of plasma NO were significantly increased in EH patients (P<0.01). Conclusion Beside decreasing blood pressure,felodipine can improve the levels of plasma NO and decrease the levels of plasma ET in EH patients.Felodipine has a good protective effect on the endothelial function of EH patients.
