| 摘 要： | 本文对以眩晕为主要症状的颈椎间盘突出症37例进行非手术治疗及临床观察．结果表明，综合康复治疗组近期眩晕症状控制显效率65．2％．总有效率100％。单纯药物治疗组显效率28．6％，总有效率714％；经统计学处理.P＜0．05两组疗效比较有非常显著性差异。本文对眩晕的发生机理及康复治疗作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | 37 cases ot herniation of cervical disc wlth the cardinal symptom of vertigo through nonoperative treatment were observed. The results showed that the significant effectual rate of the group ofthe combined recovery treatment was 65- 2 M and the total effective rate was 10056. The significant effectual rate of the pharmatherapy group was 28. 6 %and the total effective rate was 71. 4 96 (P<0. 005. Therewere significant differences between the two groups in the rapeutic effectiveness. The genesial mechanismand the recovery treatment were also discussed in this paper. |
