摘 要: | 目的通过对犬心肺复苏后应用δ阿片受体激动剂-DADLE,观察血流动力学的改变,了解δ阿片受体激动剂在心肺复苏中所起的作用。方法把18只犬随机平均分成3组:对照组、CPR组、DADLE组,采用电击诱发室颤模型,3min后复苏,对DADLE组应用δ阿片受体激动剂-DADLE,检测各时段心率(HR)、动脉收缩压(SAP)、动脉舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压力(MAP)、心输出量(CO)、肺毛细血管楔压(PAWP)。结果DADLE组在室颤后15min内可见HR、SAP、DAP、MAP、CO有显著性下降(P〈0.01),随着时间的延长各项指标均明显改善。实验结束时DA-DLE组的HR、SAP、DAP、MAP、PAWP与对照组比较无显著性差异,CO、SV与对照组比较仍有显著性降低(P〈0.05),但与CPR组比较则有非常显著性增高(P〈0.01)。结论δ阿片受体激动剂可以显著改善CPR后心脏的收缩、舒张功能,提高心肌对缺血的耐受能力,改善复苏后的心脏功能。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of δ opioid receptor agonist on the hemodynamic status in dogs after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into three groups each consisted of 6:control group,CPR group and DADLE group.Ventricular fibrillation was induced by the external electricity,and do cardiopulmonary resuscitation in three minutes,and then,use δ opioid receptor agonist-DADLE in DADLE group.After that,the levels of HR,SAP,DAP,MAP,CO and PAWP were deterined in different time.Results After ventricular fibrillation,the levels of HR,SAP,DAP,MAP and CO were signficantly reduced in fifteen minutes in DADLE group(P〈0.01).All the indicators were obviously improved along with the progress of the time.At the end of the examination there no signigicant statistical differences were observed in the levels of HR,SAP,DAP,MAP and PAWP in DADLE group compared to the that of the control.While the levels of CO and SV were sharply reduced in DADLE group(P〈0.05),but significantly increased compared to that of CPR group(P〈0.01).Conclusion δ opioid receptor agonist can obviously improve cardiac contraction and stretching after CPR,improve cardiac endurance with myocardium and improve function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. |
