| 摘 要： | 猪链球菌2型是一种重要的人兽共患病病原，其毒力因子令人关注，用50％饱和硫酸铵沉淀、DEAE－52纤维素离子交换层析和SephadexG-100凝胶层析，对猪链球菌2型江苏分离株HA9801上清进行纯化，获得一种溶血素，该溶血素不仅对Vero细胞有毒性作用，，还能致死豚鼠，并具有良好的免疫原性，免疫动物所产生的抗体，可中和溶血素的溶血作用和细胞毒性作用。经溶血素免疫的豚鼠，在受到同源全菌攻击时，可获得保护，表明猪链球菌2型江苏分离株HA9801所产生的溶血素不仅是一种重要致病因子，而且还是一种保护性抗源。

| Abstract: | Streptococcus suis type 2 was a pathogen of zoonose,but its virulence factor had been poorly understood.An extracelluar hemolysin was purified from the supernatant of 12h-culture of strain HA9801 of Streptococcus suis type 2 which was isolated from diseased pigs with septicemia in Jiangsu province in summer 1998,by using ammoniumsulfate precipitation,anion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-celluloseand Sephadex G-100 gel filtration chromatography.The purified hemolysin possessed cytotoxic activities on Vero cells and caused death in guinea-pigs in 30 hours after intraperineal injection.The guinea-pigs immunized with the inactivated purified hemolysin became almost to be protected against a lethal challenge of the bacteria.It suggestes that the hemolysin from the Jiangsu Isolate of Streptococcus suis type 2 can be an important virulence/protective factor. |
