杭州市医务人员接触传染性非典型肺炎感染状况调查

摘    要:目的调查杭州市医务人员接触传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)感染状况,探讨流行因素,评价防制措施.方法对2003年杭州市密切接触SARS病例的48名医务人员进行了流行病学调查和SARS抗体测定.结果调查的48名医务人员中,发病前接触1名,发病后接触48名;经常接触的有35名(72.9%),偶尔接触13名(27.1%).在隔离病房接触的有48名,门诊接触2名;以诊治病人接触为主(占80%),其次是给病人打针和护理病人等;有70.8%的人接触病人的血液和分泌物,有52.1%的人接触病人的排泄物;与SARS病人在1米以内接触的有47名(占97.9%),在1~2米接触的1名(占2.1%).48名医务人员接触SARS病人时,防护措施严密,双份血清测定SARS抗体IgG均阴性.结论杭州市密切接触SARS病例的医务人员未发现感染,采取严密防护是预防SARS感染的关键措施.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infectious status of medical staff who closely contacted patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in Hangzhou City, and to explore the influencing factors for SARS epidemic and evaluate preventive and curative measurement.Methods 48 medical workers were investigated and their antibodies of SARS were detected in this study.Results Among these persons, only 1 contacted patient with SARS before the disease was diagnosed. There were 35 persons who contacted patients with SARS constantly (72 9%), 13 contacted patients occasionally (27 1%). contacts occurring during the diagnosis and treatment course accounted for 80%, and the others occurred during nursing course.Contacting the patients' secretion and blood occupied 70.8%, and contacting the patients' excrement occupied 52 1%. All workers when contacting patients with SARS adopted rigorous protection, and the detection for duplicate parallel serum SARS antibodies (Ig G) were all negative.Conclusions The contagions infection of SARS in medical staff who closely contacted patients with SARS in Hangzhou City have not occurred, and the rigorous protection is a key way to prevent persons from SARS infection.
