氟尿嘧啶乳膏的制备和质量控制

摘    要:报道将氟尿嘧啶软膏改制成乳膏剂型(O/W),处方中加入新型的促透皮吸收辅料月桂氮酮(Azonc),并对改制后的制剂做了质量稳定性实验,采用吸收系数法测定乳膏中5-Fu的含量,平均回收率为102,38%,CV为1.52%.

Abstract:This paper reports the preparation of new fluorouracil cream(o/w). The recipe of the fluorouracil cream included the new ubsorbefacient adjurant Iaurocapram. The quality stability of the modified preparation was studied. Fluorouracil cleam was assayed by absorption coefficient method. The average rccovery was 102.38%, and the coefficient of variation was 1. 52%.
