| 摘 要： | 目的应用应变率成像来研究不同病程糖尿病病人及糖耐量异常患者的左心舒张功能。方法确诊为II型糖尿病患者49例（按病程分4组）;糖耐量异常43例;正常对照组55例。启用定量组织多普勒中应变率分析软件,测量舒张期的应变率SRe,SRa反映心肌舒张功能。结果糖尿病组及糖耐量异常组心肌舒张功能是降低的,糖尿病患者心肌的受损程度较糖耐量异常组明显,随着病程的增长,糖尿病患者心肌受损越明显。结论应变率成像具有较高的敏感性,可早期预测糖尿病心肌舒张功能的受损。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diastolic function of left heart of processions of diabetes and glucose tolerance cases. Methods Forty-nine diabetes including 4 groups according processions and 43 glucose tolerance cases, and 55 control cases were included in this study. All the cases were measured regional myocardial strain rate of diastolic period by strain rate imaging to reflect the diastolic function. Results The myocardial function of glucose tolerance and diabetes patients were damaged. And the damage degrees of diabetes are severer than that of glucose tolerance and are negtive correlating with processions. Conclusion The technology of strain rate imaging is sensitive and it can diagnose the myocardial disease of diabetes earlier. |
