| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同方式获取的精子对卵胞浆内单精子注射术(ICSI)治疗后妊娠结局的影响。方法根据获取精子的方式不同将有或无精子症患者分为3组:射出精子组129例、附睾精子组65例和睾丸精子组11例。3组患者均行ICSI治疗。观察3组受精、卵裂、优质胚胎及临床妊娠等情况。结果射出精子组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率与附睾精子组、睾丸精子组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论在ICSI周期使用不同来源的精子,不影响其受精和妊娠结局。
