摘    要:目的研究JCI标准下操作时镇静质量管理体系建设在提升医院镇静服务质量中的作用。方法通过建立完善操作时镇静的管理、培训和监督机制,不断提升操作时镇静质量。结果建立完善的操作时镇静质量管理后,2014~2018年,手术室外镇静相关严重不良事件年度发生率从1.46‰降至0,有效提升了操作时镇静质量,提升镇静患者安全。结论JCI标准下手术室外操作时镇静质量管理体系建设,可有效提高镇静患者安全,达到医院患者安全质量持续改进目的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of the construction of sedation quality management system under JCI standard in improving the quality of sedation service.Methods Through the construction and perfection of the sedation quality management,training and supervision mechanism during operation,the sedation quality was improved continuously.Results With the implementation of management system of sedation quality during operation,from 2014 to 2018,the annual incidence of serious adverse events related to sedation outside the operating room dropped from 1.46‰to 0,which effectively improved the quality of sedation during operation and the safety of patients under sedation.Conclusion The construction of sedation quality management systen during operation outside operating room under JCI standard can effectively improve the safety of sedation patients and achieve the goal of continuous improvement of patients safety.
