鬼针草提取物对高脂高糖模型小鼠的影响

摘    要:目的:研究鬼针草提取物对小鼠高脂血糖的影响。方法:健康SPF级小鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、鬼针草醇提物组(高、中、低);正常对照组与模型组每天灌胃蒸馏水;高、中、低浓度组分别按160 mg/kg、80 mg/kg、40 mg/kg的剂量灌胃给药,阳性对照组给予二甲双胍加脂必妥。连续喂养4周,在最后一次给药后,禁食12 h,断尾采集血液、然后处死取肝脏。制备肝脏病理切片,HE染色观察形态学变化。结果:研究发现,与模型组相比,阳性对照组和鬼针草醇提物(TFB)高、中、低给药组灌胃给药可显著降低高血脂高血糖小鼠血糖水平、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量,提示TFB具有显著的降低血糖、血脂的作用。TFB给药组和阳性给药组小鼠的肝细胞脂肪变性程度均较模型组病理片有明显改善。结论:以上实验结果表明,TFB可明显降低高脂高血糖小鼠的血糖、血清的TG、TC、LDL-C,升高HDL-C,调节脂质代谢,对肝组织脂肪变性有显著改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the extract of the wort extract on hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in mice. Methods Randomly dividing healthy SPF mice into six groups: Normal control group;Model control group;Positive control group;Alcohol extract group of sticktight( high,medium and low). Daily fill the normal control group and model control group with distilled water respectively with 200 mg/kg high,150 mg/kg medium and 100 mg/kg low,and positive control group filled with metformin and lipid.After being continuously fed for 4 weeks and fasted 12 hours,mice are tested TG and collected blood by docking,then are killed to take out the liver. Liver pathological sections were prepared,and morphological changes were observed by HE staining. Result It is found that compared with model control group,positive control group and TFB( 200、150、100 mg/kg) group fed medicine for stomach can obviously decrease the blood glucose level and the contents of low density lipoprotein( LDL-C),triglyceride( TG) and serum total cholesterol( TC) of mice with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycaemia,increase the content of HDL-C( HDL-C) and indicates that TFB has a distinct effect on reducing blood sugar and blood lipids. The degree of hepatic steatosis in the TFB group and the positive control group was significantly improved compared with that in the model group. Conclusion The experimental results showed that TFB could significantly reduce the blood sugar,the TG,TC and LDL-C of serum,increase HDL-C,regulate lipid metabolism,and significantly improve the fatty degeneration of liver tissue in mice with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycaemia.
