中西医结合治疗肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣30例临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:选取60例符合诊断标准的神经性耳鸣患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组单纯采用西医疗法,观察组在西医疗法的基础上加用补肾消鸣汤治疗,连续服用4周,对比两组的疗效。结果:观察组各症状评分低于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医疗法联合补肾消鸣汤治疗肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣具有良好的疗效。

Therapeutic Effect of Western medicine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Nervous Tinnitus with Deficiency of Kidney Essence

Objective To Observe the efficacy of Western medicine combined with Bushen Xiaoming Decoction and Western medicine alone in the treatment of nervous tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence.Methods 60 patients with neurotic tinnitus who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Xiaoming Decoction on the basis of Western medicine.The course of treatment was four weeks.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Bushen Xiaoming Decoction has good curative effect on nervous tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence.
