中医药在甲状腺癌术后中的应用

甲状腺癌是目前较为常见的恶性肿瘤,属中医"石瘿"范畴,现多采用手术治疗,但因术后出现声音嘶哑、甲状腺功能减退等并发症机率较高,同时术后需长期口服优甲乐(左甲状腺素钠片),常出现多汗,怕热,易怒等副作用。中医药在治疗甲状腺术后并发症或内分泌治疗导致的毒副作用方面具有极大优势。中医关于甲状腺癌的中医证型论述较多,但对甲状腺癌术后的证型分类研究较少,文章从辨证论治探讨甲状腺癌术后患者的治疗,以期为甲状腺癌术后患者的康复提供新的治疗思路。

Application of traditional Chinese Medicine in postoperative thyroid cancer

thyroid cancer is more common malignant tumor,belong to"gall stone"category of traditional Chinese medicine,is now used more surgical treatment,but because of postoperative hoarseness,hypothyroidism complication probability is higher,at the same time of postoperative long-term oral optimal armor(levothyroxine sodium),often appear sweat,afraid of hot,irritability and other side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of postoperative thyroid complications or adverse effects caused by endocrine therapy.There are many TCM syndromes and types of thyroid cancer in TCM,but there are few studies on the classification of the syndromes and types of thyroid cancer after operation.This paper discusses the treatment of patients with thyroid cancer after operation based on syndrome differentiation,hoping to provide new treatment ideas for the rehabilitation of patients with thyroid cancer after operation.
