中西医外治良性甲状腺结节的研究概况

随着甲状腺结节的患病率日益提高,如何安全、有效的治疗已成为一个值得深入探讨的话题。中医在治疗良性甲状腺结节方面具有方法独特、价格低廉、不良反应小等优点,而超声引导下的各种西医外治法损伤小、安全性高、美观。文章通过对近年来国内中西医外治法对良性甲状腺结节的临床研究进行分类综述,对各种临床中实用性较强的外治法进行介绍、分析及对比,以期对在治疗良性甲状腺结节上提供选择及参考。

Research situation of the treatment of benign thyroid nodules with the treatment of external and western medicine

With the increasing prevalence of thyroid nodules,how to treat this disease safely and effectively has become a topic worthy of further discussion.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantages of unique method,low price and low adverse reaction in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.However,all kinds of external treatments guided by ultrasound have the advantages of small injury,high safety and beauty.In this paper,the clinical research of benign thyroid nodules treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in China in recent years was classified and reviewed,and various practical external treatments in clinic were introduced,analyzed and compared.In order to provide selection and reference for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
