32例参附注射液药品不良反应分析

目的:探讨参附注射液所致不良反应的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中文医药学期刊和我院上报的药品不良反应,筛选出参附注射液新的及严重的不良反应病例,统计有关资料并进行分析。结果:共收集到参附注射液致新的和严重的不良反应病例32例。其中,61岁以上者有16例;原患疾病主要为心血管系统疾病(10例);28例为静脉滴注给药;发生时间大多在30min以内,共24例;主要累及器官/系统为神经系统;无死亡病例,19例在处理后30min内缓解。结论:参附注射液致新的和严重的不良反应在临床使用过程中应引起医护人员注意。

Analysis of 32 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Shenfu Injection

Objective To investigate the characteristics of Adverse Drug Reactions( ADR) induced by Shenfu iniection,and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. Methods Retrieved from Chinese medical iournals periodicals and the ADR reportedby clinicaldepartments of our hospital,screened for new and serious ADR of Shenfu injection,statistics related information and analyzed. Results A total of 32 cases of new and serious ADR induced by Shenfu injection were collected. Among them,16 cases were over 61 years old;the original disease was mainly cardiovascular disease( 10 cases);28 cases were administered by intravenous drip;the occurrence time was mostly within 30 minutes( 24 cases);mainlyinvolving the organ/system was the nervous system;there were no deaths,and 19 patients were relieved within 30 minutes after treatment. Conclusion New and serious ADR caused by Shenfu injection should attract the attention of medical staff in the clinic.
