蒙医温针对疲劳模型大鼠海马及下丘脑细胞因子含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探究蒙医温针对疲劳模型大鼠海马及下丘脑细胞因子含量的影响及蒙医温针的作用机制。方法:将32只清洁级雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、温针组、模型组及模型+温针组。正常组不予任何处理,平行饲养。采用大鼠游泳力竭运动疲劳模型,温针组同正常组大鼠平行饲养的同时采用蒙医温针治疗。模型+温针组力竭游泳后行温针治疗。实验期间观察其行为学的同时,在21 d后采取断头取样法对大鼠海马及下丘脑细胞因子方面进行检测,探讨疲劳模型大鼠海马及下丘脑细胞因子IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-a含量的影响及蒙医温针的作用机制。结果:与正常组相比,模型组IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-a含量明显增加,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,温针组,模型+温针组IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-a含量明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:蒙医温针能抑制力竭大鼠细胞因子释放的同时调节免疫功能、发挥抗疲劳功能。故对慢性疲劳综合征有一定的防治作用,值得进一步推广及应用,以便提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective to explore the effect of Mongolian medical warm acupuncture on the content of cytokines in hippocampus and hypothalamus of fatigue model rats and the mechanism of Mongolian medical warm acupuncture.Methods 32 male rats were randomly divided into normal group,warm acupuncture(needle)group,model group and model+warm acupuncture group.The normal group was given no treatment and fed in parallel.Rat model of exercise-induced fatigue was established by the exhaustive swimming in rats,and the warm acupuncture group was raised in parallel with the normal group of rats,while the warm acupuncture group was treated with Mongolian medicine.The model+warm acupuncture group was treated with warm acupuncture after exhaustive swimming.While observing the behavior during the experiment,the severed head sampling method was adopted to detect the cytokines in the hippocampus and hypothalamus of the rats 21 days later,to explore the influence of the contents of the cytokines IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-a in the hippocampus and hypothalamus of the fatigue model rats and the action mechanism of the Mongolian medical warm acupuncture.Results Compared with the normal group,the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-a in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-a in the model+warm acupuncture group decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion the warm acupuncture of Mongolian medicine can inhibit the release of cytokines,regulate the immune function and exert the anti-fatigue function.Therefore,it has certain prevention and therapeutic effect on chronic fatigue syndrome and is worth further promotion and application in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
