| 摘 要： | 新型冠状病毒肺炎在短时间内迅速蔓延扩散,治疗和预防刻不容缓,要充分利用中医药的优势资源,提高疫情防控的成效。根据中医药对瘟疫病的病因病机和预防理论论述,探讨内服中药预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的可行性,结合中医经典医著和现代医家关于对瘟疫病预防的文献,理清内服中药预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的理论依据,建议以祛邪和扶正为总则,选用疏风清透、固表化湿、清热解毒之轻剂,可达预防之效。

| Abstract: | The Corona Virus Disease 2019 spread rapidly in a short period of time,treatment and prevention is urgent,to make full use of traditional Chinese medicine this advantage resources,increase the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control. To explore the feasibility of oral Chinese medicine in the prevention of COVID-19 according to the etiology,pathogenesis and prevention theory of plague. Based on the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine and modern doctors on prevention of plague,to clarify the theoretical basis and application effect of oral Chinese medicine in the prevention of COVID-19. Aaccording to the general principle of dispelling evil spirits and strengthening the body,we suggest choose the light agent of clearing the wind,fixing the surface,clearing the heat and detoxifying. |
