中风后痉挛性瘫痪明清时期文献用药规律分析

收集整理明清时期中风后痉挛性瘫痪的方药,采用SPSS 20.0对所采集的数据进行频数分析、因子分析、聚类分析等数理统计分析。结果显示明清时期医家治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪最常用的药物是发散风寒药、祛风寒湿药、温里药、祛风湿热药、补血药、活血化瘀药、补气药等,常用治法有祛风散寒,养血祛风,温阳养血,养血活血,化痰活血等。对于中风后痉挛性瘫痪的病机认识并没有像中风病那样形成由“外风”向“内风”学说的演变,而是由“外风”学说逐渐演变为“外风兼血虚”的认识,为中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床治疗提供了文献参考。

Study on the Medication Rule of Post-Stroke Spasticity in Literature of Ming and Qing Dynasties

The records of post-stroke spasticity in Ming and Qing Dynasties were collected and sorted out,and SPSS 20.0 was used for the frequency analysis,factor analysis,and clustering analysis.The results show that the most commonly used drugs by Chinese doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties were divergent wind chill drugs,dispelling wind and cold dampness drugs,interior-warming drug,dispelling wind dampness and heat drugs,blood-tonifying drugs,blood-quickening stasis-transforming drugs,and qi-tonifying drugs and so on.And the most popular used treatment were expelling wind and cold;nourishing blood and expelling wind;expelling wind and cold,warming Yang and nourishing blood;activating and nourishing blood;removing phlegm and activating blood and so on.The understanding of the pathogenesis of Post-Stroke Spasticity did not evolve from the theory of"external wind"to the theory of"internal wind",but gradually evolved from the theory of"external wind"to the theory of"external wind and blood deficiency",which provided a philological guidance for the clinical treatment of Post-Stroke Spasticity.
