| 摘 要： | 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)属于中医"温病"范畴。此次新型冠状病毒是"新感外袭"和"伏气内发"共同作用结果,病性以湿、热为主。孟河医派发展至今,名医名家传承众多,温病治疗经验丰富,疗效显著。湿温之邪,缠绵难愈,症情错杂,须在重视脾胃基础上,以调畅气机为重,祛湿为先,巧用透热,分清邪正盛衰,灵活用药。

| Abstract: | Covid-19 belongs to the category of "febrile diseases" in Chinese medicine. It was caused by "virus" and "internal damage" . The nature of the disease is mainly dampness pathogen and heat pathogen. With the development of Menghe School,many famous doctors appeared. They have rich experience in treating febrile diseases with remarkable results. Dampwarm disease has a long complicated course,is difficult to heal. On the basis of paying attention to spleen and stomach,doctors must attach great importance to adjusting qi movement and give priority to clearing damp. In addition,doctors need to clear heat deftly,identify exuberance or decline of pathogenic factors and healthy qi and use traditional Chinese pharmacology flexibly. |
