蒙医心刺痛605例发病特征回顾性研究

目的:分析呼和浩特地区蒙医心刺痛发病特征,包括发病年龄、发病季节、月份高峰期与分布规律,探讨其集中趋势及内在机制。方法:以呼和浩特市三家医院(呼和浩特市蒙中医院、内蒙古自治区国际蒙医医院、内蒙古自治区医院蒙医科)2012年5月1日至2016年5月31日期间住院的心刺痛患者为研究对象,记录其年龄、性别、发病日,将发病时间转化为阴历时间,利用圆形分布法分析心刺痛发病季节、月份高峰期,并计算出心刺痛男女患者构成比、年龄分布。季节采用蒙古族传统季节6季分法。结果:纳入符合标准病例605例,女性发病多于男性,心刺痛多发年龄段为50~79岁。圆形分布法分析结果为心刺痛发病高峰月份为11月,多发季节为孟冬(P<0.05)。结论:呼和浩特地区心刺痛发病高峰月份为11月,多发季节为冬初(P<0.05)。心刺痛发病患者中女性发病多于男性。

A Retrospective Study of 605 Patients With Xin Ci Tong Disease in Mongolian Medicine

Objective To analyse the onset characteristics of Xin Ci Tong disease in Mongolian medicine in Hohhot region,including onset age,onset season,monthly peak and distribution rules,and to explore its central tendency and internal mechanism.Methods To analyzing three hospitals Xin Ci Tong disease patientsin Hohhot between May 1,2012 to 2016 on May 31,recording their age,sex,date,using the method of circular distribution analysis Xin Ci Tong disease onset peak seasons,months,and calculate the Xin Ci Tong disease patients gender constitute ratio,age distribution season.By using the Mongolian traditional season 6 points season.Results There were 605 cases that met the standard,including 256 male patients and 349 female patients.The incidence of female patients was higher than that of male patients.The age group with high incidence of Xin Ci Tong disease is 50~79 years old.The results of the circular distribution method showed that the peak month of Xin Ci Tong disease was November,and the frequent season was meng dong(P<0.05).Conclusion The peak month of Xin Ci Tong disease in Hohhot area was November,and the peak season was early winter(P<0.05).More women than men suffer from heartburn.
