| 摘 要： | 萘醌类化合物是一类广泛存在于自然界中的小分子化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种生物活性,人们对萘醌化合物及其衍生物研究关注较多,萘醌作为亲电试剂可以与细胞内的电负性物质发生结合,从而产生药理活性,文章综述萘醌衍生物的构效关系,为进一步开发和利用萘醌衍生物提供参考。

| Abstract: | Naphthoquinone are a kind of small molecular compounds widely existing in nature,their various bioactivities include anticancer and anti-inflammatory,there has been great interest in naphquinone compounds and derivatives.As an electrophile,naphthoquinone can bind to electrinegative in cells to generates pharmacological activity.This paper reviews the structure-activity relationship of naphquinone derivatives,it provides reference for firther development and utilization of naphquinone derivatives. |
