大鼠肠神经系统乙酰胆碱酯酶和抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶双染法研究

摘    要:用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)作为感觉神经元的化学标志物,同时结合乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学方法,对大鼠小肠壁神经结构进行了组织化学观察.结果发现了三种不同染色的神经元:(1)乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元;(2)抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶单染神经元;(3)乙酰胆碱酯酶一抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶双染神经元.这提示大鼠肠神经系统内不仅存在有感觉神经元,而且,部分感觉神经元可能是胆碱能性质的.

Abstract:Histochemica) observations on the enteric nervous system (ENS) of the rats were made by using fluoride-resistant acid phosphatase (FRAP) as a chemical marker for sensory neurons combined with acetylcholinesterase (AChE) histochemical method. Three different types of stained neurons, AChE positive, FRAP single stained, and AChE-FRAP double stained, were found. The results suggest that there are sensory nensory neurons in ENS of the rats, some of which may be cholinergic.
