| 摘 要： | 目的:比较CD7+CD56+和CD7-CD56-急性髓性白血病患者免疫表型的差异。方法:采用多色流式细胞术检测患者免疫表型,对患者的其他资料和免疫表型进行比较。结果:CD7+CD56+在M0+M1分型中的分布比例、外周血血红蛋白、骨髓原始细胞比例、中枢系统浸润率、CD34平均荧光强度均高于CD7-CD56-;但胞浆髓过氧化物酶(CyMPO)MFI低于CD7-CD56-。结论:CD7+CD56+起源早,浸润性强,需加强巩固治疗和中枢系统微小残留病灶监测。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the differences of immuno-phenotypes in CD7+ CD56+ acute myeloid leukemia and CD7-CD56-ones.Methods: The immuno-phenotype was detected by flow cytometry for CD7+CD56+ and CD7-CD56-to compare their differences with patients′ other data.Results: The distribution rate in FAB-M0+M1,hemoglobin in peripheral blood,percents of blast cells in bone marrow,invasion rate of central system,CD34 mean fluorescence intensity(MFI) in patients with CD7+CD56+ were significantly higher than those with CD7-CD56-.The CyMPO MFI of CD7+CD56+ was significantly lower than CD7-CD56-.Conclusion: CD7+CD56+ indicates an early source and a strong invasion.Enhanced treatment and microresidual disease detection should be performed. |
