| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ELISA和RPR联合检测在孕妇梅毒诊断中的应用。方法采用TPPA法对2009年12月-2011年11月来我院产检的孕妇进行梅毒检测,确诊病例再行ELISA和RPR检测。结果 32729名孕妇中TPPA确诊病例101例,感染率3.09‰;ELISA阳性101例,阳性检出率3.09‰;RPR阳性58例,阳性检出率1.80‰。结论 ELISA联合RPR检测,有利于提高孕妇梅毒的检出率和准确性,方便临床判定感染状态及检测疗效,是孕妇梅毒筛查实验较理想的方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of RPR and ELISA test in syphilis diagnosis for pregnant women.Methods Taking TPPA method in syphilis diagnosis for pregnant women who came to our hospital during December 2009 to November 2011.Further RPR and ELISA test should be introduced to those confirmed cases.Results Within 32729 pregnant women,there are 101 TPPA confirmed cases,which means the infection rate is 3.09‰.With 101 ELISA positive cases,the positive detection rate is 3.09‰.And 58 RPR positive cases indicate the positive detection rate is 1.80‰.Conclusion Combining ELISA with RPR test contribute to improve the detection rate and accuracy of syphilis diagnosis for pregnant women.It becomes easy to evaluate the infection status and curative effect.In conclusion,combining ELLSA with RPR test is a relatively ideal way of syphilis diagnosis for pregnant women. |
