盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产疗效分析

目的分析盐酸利托君（安宝）治疗先兆早产的临床疗效、不良反应。方法将本院住院的160例先兆早产患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组85例应用盐酸利托君静脉滴注，对照组75例应用硫酸镁静脉滴注；对用药后显效时间、保胎效果、不良反应以及新生儿出生体重、新生儿1min Apgar评分进行比较。结果盐酸利托君组显效时间、延长孕周时间、足月分娩率及新生儿出生体重均高于对照组。两组新生儿Apgar评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论盐酸利托君抑制宫缩起效快．疗效肯定．但应严格把握适应证．注意药物相互作用。

Clinical analysis of ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened premature

Objective To observe the effect and adverse reaction of ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened premature.Methods All of 160 patients with threatened premature were randomly divided into two groups,85 pa-tients observation group were given ritodrine intravenously and 75 patients of control group were given magnesium sulfate.The reactive time,the effect of prolong gestational age,adverse reaction,infant birth weight and apgar score were observed.Results The reactive time,the effect of prolong gestational age,infant birth weight showed significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).In observation group,the reactive time was more short,gestational age was more longer be prolonged,and infant birth weight was heavier.Apgar score was showed no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion It is effective of ritodrine in the treatment of premature uterine contractions,and the adaptation syndrome,the drug interaction should be mastered strictly.
