酒泉地区荷斯坦犊牛胚胎移植生长规律研究

通过对甘肃酒泉地区45头胚胎移植荷斯坦奶牛初生、6月龄、12月龄阶段的体尺体重指标生长测定，探求胚胎移植荷斯坦奶牛的生长规律和对气候生态条件的适应性。采用胚胎移植荷斯坦奶牛与甘肃黑白花奶牛、中国荷斯坦奶牛、本地牛的体尺指数对比分析，研究了胚胎移植荷斯坦奶牛0～12月龄体尺体重的生长规律。结果表明：胚胎移植牛的体尺体重累积生长随日龄的增加而不断增加．胚胎移植牛的体尺体重累积生长的走势与甘肃黑白花奶牛、中国荷斯坦奶牛和本地牛相似。0--6月龄阶段．胚胎移植牛胸围的生长速度慢于体斜长的生长速度；在6--12月龄阶段，管围和体斜长的生长速度慢于体高的生长速度。胚胎移植荷斯坦奶牛适应酒泉地区的生态气候条件。

Study on the Growth Rule of Eembryo Transfer Holstein Offspring in Jiuquan Area

The growth rule of embryo-transferred Holstein cows and their adaptation to the eco-climatic conditions were evaluated in this paper by determining the growing indexes of their body size and weight of 45 embryo-transferred Holstein cows in the stages of newborn, 6months, 12months in Jiuquan area. The growth rule of body size and weight of the embryo- transferred Holstein cows aged 0 to 12 months was examined by the method of comparing and analyzing the body size indexes of embryo-transferred Holstein cows and those of Gansu Friesian cows, China Holstein cows and local cows. The result showed that the accumulated growth of body size and weight of this kind of embryo-transferred cow increased steadily with age, and the accumulated growth trend of body size and weight of the embryo-transferred cows was similar to that of Gansu Friesian cows, Chinese Holstein cows and local cows. In the stage of 0 day to 6 months, the bust growth of embryo-transferred cows was slower than the growth of body length; and in the stage of 6 to 12 months, their tube circumference and body length grew more slowly than that of the body height. The embryo- transferred Holstein cows adapted to the eco-climatic conditions in Jiuquan area.
