远视性单眼弱视患者黄斑区视网膜厚度的研究

摘    要:目的通过检测远视性单眼弱视者弱视眼黄斑区视网膜厚度(MRT),研究弱视眼视网膜神经上皮层厚度的特征。方法远视性单眼弱视患者42例,正常组单眼远视但无弱视者20例。采用光学相干断层扫描仪(OCT)测量弱视眼和正常眼的MRT。结果弱视眼黄斑中心凹厚度比正常眼厚(P=0.005),对于黄斑部位的分区测量,黄斑中心区厚度弱视眼比正常眼厚(P=0.010),而黄斑周围外环及内环各象限弱视眼和正常眼相比差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。不同程度弱视患者问黄斑中心凹及黄斑各分区的视网膜厚度差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论远视性单眼弱视眼黄斑中心区视网膜厚度增厚,不同程度弱视眼间的视网膜厚度差异无统计学意义。

Retinal macular thickness in patients with hyperopic monocular amblyopia

Abstract:Objective Amblyopia is considered to be a developing disorder of spatial vision that is associated with the presence of strabismus,anisometropia or form deprivation early in life. The amblyopie process may play an effect on various levels of visual pathway. This study was to investigate the changes of retina in amblyopie eye by measuring macular retinal thickness in hyperopic monocular amblyopic patients. Methods Forty-two patients with hyperopic monocular amblyopia diagnosed in Department of Pediatrics in Optometry School of Wenzhou Medical Collage in June,2006--Janaary,2008 were included in this study. The patients showed the equivalent spherical lens of + 2. 00 D - + 8.00 D and/or cylinder lens 〈 1.50 D. Twenty patients with hypermetropia but without amblyopia were enrolled as control subjects,and the controls had the matched age and matched refractive degree. The diopter of all patients was detected using retinoscope and macular retinal thickness was measured by optical coherence tomography (STRATUS OCT Model 3000 ). Results The foveal macular retina and central sector region in amblyopic eyes were thicker than those in normal eyes(P =0. 01 ) ,but there was no significant difference in any quadrant of the inner ring or outer ring between amblyopic eyes and normal eyes ( P 〉 0.05 ). No significant differences were found in retinal thickness among mild, moderate and severe amblyopia eyes whatever at the fovea, central ring,inner ring and out ring( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The fovea macular retina and central sector region are thicker in hyperopic monocular amblyopia. No significant alteration exists in retinal thickness among different degrees of amblyopic eyes.
