| 摘 要： | 目的总结116例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理体会。方法术前评估患者,讲解腹腔镜的优点,做好心理护理;术后正确评估手术效果,注意病情观察,加强基础护理,预防并发症。结果本组116例患者均痊愈出院。结论术前宣教、术后正确评估和护理是腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理工作中的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To Summary nursing experiences of 116 cases accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Preoperative evaluation was performed with detailed introduction of laparoscope and psychological nursing for all cases. Postoperative effect of patients was evaluated correctly. Illness conditions of patients were observed closely. Basic nursing for all cases were strengthened.Complications of them were prevented. Results All 116 patients recovered completely and were discharged smoothly. Conclusion Preoperative instruction and education,postoperative correct evaluation and nursing care are the key points of nursing for patients accepting laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
