根管预备后封药对根尖周炎的短期内疗效观察

目的评价根管预备后封药对于根尖周炎短期内的疗效。方法将117例急性根尖周炎及125例慢性根尖周炎患牙随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组采取先根管预备后封入消毒药物,再进行根管充填;对照组采取先封入消毒药物,再一次性根管预备及充填。比较两种方法分别在封药后3d及充填后3d的疼痛发生率的区别。结果在急性根尖周炎组中,无论是封药后3d,还是充填后3d,实验组的疼痛发生率均低于对照组,两者间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;在慢性根尖周炎组中,实验组在封药后3d的疼痛发生率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,而充填后3d的疼痛发生率则明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对于急性根尖周炎患者,根管预备后封药效果较好,临床值得推广使用;而对于慢性根尖周炎患者,根管预备时操作需小心谨慎,否则在治疗期间内有进一步增加疼痛发生的可能性。

An observation of pain incidence of periapical inflammation teeth when we make root canal dressing after preparation

Objective To investigate the incidence of pain incidence of root canal dressing after preparation for periapical inflammation teeth.Methods A number of 117 teeth which were acute periapical inflammation,and a number of 125 teeth which were chronic periapical inflammation were assigned randomly and consecutively into two groups.The experiment group were dealed with root canal dressing after preparation and root canal filling as the last step,while the control group were dealed with root canal dressing first,root canal preparation and filling at the same time.To compare the pain incidence of two groups after the third day of dressing and the third day of filling.Results For acute periapical inflammation teeth,the pain incidence of experiment group was less than control group,both at the third day of dressing and the third day of filling（P0.05）.For chronic periapical inflammation teeth,the pain incidence of experiment group was more than control group at the third day of dressing（P0.05）,while the result was opposite at the third day of filling（P0.05）.Conclusion Based on the data of this study,the method of dressing after preparation is a better way for acute periapical inflammation.While operated with cautious for chronic periapical inflammation,or else,it increase the pain incidence during the period of treatment.
