德宏州艾滋病自愿咨询检测技术培训效果分析

目的探讨开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作的途径和方法。方法对基层卫生人员进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测技术培训,培训前后采用相同试卷进行测试,并评价其效果。结果三期培训基层卫生人员102人,培训前艾滋病相关知识试卷答对率仅为31.91%,培训24学时后再次测试上升为88.24%,统计学检验有显著性差异。结论开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测技术工作,需培训提高基层卫生人员的业务素质。

Analysis on the Training Effect of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome Voluntary Counseling and Testing Technique of Dehong
