| 摘 要： | 本文报告15例前列腺癌,综合国内文献认为前列眼癌发病率有上升趋势。在TUR的标本中尤其后叶病理检查可能发现A期病人。直肠指检配合病理活检是发现B期病人的重要手段。并指出前列腺癌不能千篇一律采用内分泌治疗。

| Abstract: | There is a recent trend of increasing incidence of prostatic carcinoma in China, and, reported in this paper are 15 cases treated in authors' hospital. In their experience, pathologic examination of TUR specimens, especially for lesions of posterior lobe, can detect lesion of clinical stage A; while rectal digital examination with proper biopsy is best in the diagnosis of stage B lesion. It is also suggested that endocrine therapy should not be given slavishly for all patients. |
