儿童心前区不适的原因探讨

为探讨小儿心前区不适的临床特点 ,本文对 69例以心前区不适为主诉入院的小儿采用同一方法进行临床分析 ,包括详细的病史采集 ,体格检查 ,胸片 ,常规心电图 ,Holter心电图 ,心电监测 ,超声心动图检查 ,生化全项 (心肌酶谱 )测定 ,并对部分患儿进行了脑电图检查。结果表明心前区不适为心脏器质性病变所致者少见 (占 10 1% ) ,半数以上为特发性。心前区不适病因多为良性 ,心理因素为常见原因。部分可复发 ,而预后良好

Study on Causes of Precardial Discomfort in Children

To study the clinical features of precardial discomfort in children.69 cases were investigated by careful collection of case history,physical examination,electrocardiogram(ECG),Holter ECG,ultrasonocardiography,and biochemical data(myocardioenzymes).Electroencephalogram (EEG) was also included in some cases.The results showed that only a few cases (10 1%) with precardial discomfort were caused by heart disease,and that more than half of the cases were idiopathic.Conclusion:Most precardial discomfort of children is benign in etiology.Psychological causes were the common reason of the disease.It was self|limited,and favorable in prognosis,although it might reoccur.
